Jason Bernal, CFP®

I began my career in the financial services industry while attending the University of Toledo. After graduating, I gained unique experience working in the manufacturing and financial industries. This experience allowed me to understand the complex world of business while making it simple to understand for my clients.

After several years with local financial institutions, I have developed strategies that make the reasons for working with me compelling. I understand that planning for the future can be scary and that educating my client is paramount. My calm approach to helping clients helps shed light on their future.

I am a founding member and owner of Blue Jay Financial Group. I was raised in Defiance and graduated from Tinora High School. My wife, Christina, and I have 7 children; Carter, Lucy, Jackson, Owen, Bernadette, Max, and Gemma. We reside in rural Defiance. I am an avid handyman and enjoy woodworking. I also love playing golf, spending time with my family, and reading. I am also an active member of Sacred Heart Parish of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
